Channel

What type of channels can I choose from the self-serve?

When using the self-serve platform, you currently have the option to choose from one channel for your marketing efforts: door to door. Please note that the other two channels, hand to hand and direct mail, are not currently available through the self-serve platform.

The door to door channel involves sending workers to walk through a predetermined area, dropping flyers into the letterboxes of each household they visit. This channel is often abbreviated as D2D and is recommended for both B2C and B2B campaigns.

The hand to hand channel involves workers standing on the street, distributing flyers to people as they pass by. This channel, also known as H2H, is our most popular and is recommended for B2C campaigns. Please note that, at this time, the hand to hand channel is only available outside the self-serve platform. If you are interested in this type of campaign, please contact us through our chat feature.

The direct mail channel involves sending promotional materials through the national postal service of your country, such as the USPS in the United States or Canada Post in Canada. This service is currently not available in the self-serve platform, but can be arranged by contacting us through our chat feature

What channel of campaign is best for me?

Hand to Hand (H2H) Campaigns are perfect when you are trying to reach the final consumer. Fits B2C. Some examples are:

  • Creating brand awareness
  • Persuading consumers to buy/use a product or service
  • Attracting new customers
  • Launching a new product or service
  • Noticing an event, shop, seasonal offer or others

Door to door (D2D) Campaigns are recommended for B2C and B2B.
Here are some reasons to do a D2D campaign with a B2C objective

  • Targeted campaign in terms of location and demographic profile (Local shops)
  • Attract no tech-savy consumers
  • Use catchy design such as Car or Door hangers
    • Door hangers are also popular among campaigns that are not business-related, such as political campaigns.
    • Door hanger marketing also makes the most sense for businesses that are physically rooted in the community.
  • Flyer should be paired with a strong offer and call to action.
