How can I upload my design?
To launch an EDDM campaign, you will first need to design your flyers. Your design must be uploaded in PDF format, with front and back sides included in one single file. Drag and drop your file to upload, or click on the upload design to search for your file on your desktop. Please note that artwork for EDDM campaigns needs to meet specific rules required by USPS in order for it to be delivered, we strongly recommend that you check the printing rules before submitting your design to make sure your artwork is compliant.
What are the postcard formats I can choose?
There are 5 formats and sizes you can choose that are compliant with USPS's EDDM artwork requirements:
- Small (11.6" x 4.25")
- Best seller (9" x 6.25")
- Large (11" x 6.25")
- Jumbo (11" x 8.5")
- Oversized (15" x 12")
When selecting the format and uploading your file, check the preview of your design on the left side of the page according to the selected format with its sizes, so you can see how your design will look in each selected format. Each format is priced differently, and you can check the total price of your campaign (price per format x total amount of postcards to be delivered) on the top of the Upload Design page.
What happens if my artwork does not meet the printing rules?
Once you submit your campaign, our team will review all the details, including your artwork. If your artwork is not compliant with the printing guidelines, our team will send you an email explaining what you need to change, and you will have extra days to adapt your design and re-submit your campaign with the new artwork for review.
