Which channels can I choose from the self-service?
Channel availability depends on the country you’re based in and where you wish to launch your offline marketing campaign.
When creating an account, you will be asked to select a country, and when accessing Oppizi you will see the channels available in your location.
Please note that our channel availability is dynamic, and we are constantly working to expand our services to more countries. If the channel that best suits your business is not yet available in your location, please contact us for more information.
Door to door: channel involves sending workers to walk through a predetermined area, dropping flyers into the letterboxes of each household they visit. This channel is often abbreviated as D2D and is recommended for both B2C and B2B campaigns.
Hand-to-hand: This channel involves brand ambassadors distributing your flyers in busy areas to people as they pass by. Also known as H2H, this channel is our most popular and is recommended for B2C campaigns.
Direct mail: This channel involves sending promotional materials through the national postal service of your country, such as the USPS in the United States. We offer Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) in our self-service platform to the United States only. If you want to launch a direct mail campaign in a different country, please contact us through our chat.
What channel of campaign is best for me?
Hand to Hand (H2H) Campaigns are perfect when you are trying to reach the final consumer. Fits B2C. Some examples are:
- Creating brand awareness
- Persuading consumers to buy/use a product or service
- Attracting new customers
- Launching a new product or service
- Noticing an event, shop, seasonal offer or others
Door to door (D2D) Campaigns are recommended for B2C and B2B.
Here are some reasons to do a D2D campaign with a B2C objective
- Targeted campaign in terms of location and demographic profile (Local shops)
- Attract no tech-savy consumers
- Use catchy design such as Car or Door hangers
- Door hangers are also popular among campaigns that are not business-related, such as political campaigns.
- Door hanger marketing also makes the most sense for businesses that are physically rooted in the community.
- Flyer should be paired with a strong offer and call to action.
Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) is ideal for reaching a broad audience within a specific geographic area without needing a targeted mailing list. This channel is particularly effective for businesses that aim to maximize local exposure. EDDM is well-suited for both B2C and B2B campaigns.
Here are some reasons to choose an EDDM campaign:
- Broad Local Reach: EDDM allows you to target entire neighborhoods, making it perfect for local businesses looking to increase visibility within their community.
- Cost-Effective: EDDM offers a lower cost per piece compared to other direct mail options since it doesn't require individual addresses.
- No Mailing List Required: You can send your mail to every address in a selected area, bypassing the need to purchase or manage a mailing list.
- Versatile Formats: Utilize various mail formats and sizes to reach your audience.
- Ideal for Time-Sensitive Offers: EDDM works well for promotions, sales, or events that are tied to specific dates or seasons, ensuring your message reaches recipients promptly.
This channel is particularly effective for businesses like local retail stores, restaurants, real estate agents, and service providers who want to engage with every household or business in a particular area.

How to choose the campaign type?
To choose the campaign type, consider the goals of your marketing efforts. If you want to increase recognition of your brand and establish its presence in the market, you may want to choose a brand awareness campaign. This type of campaign is designed to promote your brand to your target audience and can be helpful in introducing a new product. However, it is important to note that brand awareness campaigns cannot be tracked in terms of their effectiveness.
On the other hand, if your primary goal is to acquire new customers, you may want to consider a customer acquisition campaign. This type of campaign is focused on bringing in new business and is often the driving force behind the success of a company. Oppizi specializes in customer acquisition campaigns and may be able to assist you in this area. What are the prerequisites before being able to create a campaign?
