How long does it typically take to see the first results of a campaign?
You can follow your campaign progress through the Campaign Dashboard, where you will find your campaign timeline. As soon as the mail pieces are delivered, you'll start to see scan metrics appear in real-time, so you can follow your campaign’s success.

What metrics can I track to measure the performance of my campaign?
Oppizi provides a range of metrics that you can use to track the performance of your campaign, and we are continuously improving to add additional valuable insights to our dashboard.
At the moment, some of the metrics you can track to your EDDM campaign are:
- Scans: The number of times your QR code has been scanned by users.
- Cost per scan: The amount you are spending to generate each scan, calculated by dividing your total spend by the number of unique scans.
- Total mailpieces: The total number of postcards from your campaign that were delivered to recipients.
- Hard cost: The total amount you are spending on your campaign.
